Hammond Glen Senior Community offers a variety of floor plans ranging from the Birch, a comfortable one bedroom apartment to the "Super Two," a spacious two-bedroom apartment. The monthly rates are based on the apartment style and include the following:

• The evening meal Monday through Saturday plus Brunch on Sundays
• Weekly housekeeping
• 24-hour staff on site
• 24-hour emergency call system
• Scheduled transportation
• Building and grounds maintenance
• Basic Extended Cable
• Full Activities Program
• Water and Gas

A flexible meal programs offers you the choice of selecting 20 dinners a month at a $50 a month deduction from your monthly rate.

Pets are welcome with a 25 lb. weight limit and a non-refundable deposit of $500. Smokers must pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. Second person charge including meal program is $450.
