Hammond Glen Senior Community offers a variety of floor plans ranging from the Birch, a comfortable one bedroom apartment to the "Super Two," a spacious two-bedroom apartment. The monthly rates are based on the apartment style and include the following:
-The evening meal Monday through Saturday plus Brunch on Sundays
-Weekly housekeeping
-24-hour staff on site
-24-hour emergency call system
-Scheduled transportation
-Building and grounds maintenance
-Basic Extended Cable
-Full Activities Program
-Water and Gas
A flexible meal program that offers you the choice of selecting 20 dinners a month at a $50 a month deduction from your monthly rate.
Pets are welcome with a 25 lb. weight limit and a non-refundable deposit of $500. Second person charge including meal program is $450.
